Vans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and motivate a team of Brand Advocates, delivering best‑in‑class customer experiences that reflect our brand values. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection.

With 2+ years in retail leadership, you will recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining visual standards and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Foundational skills include driving results, coaching diverse teams, and strong communication.

Responsibilities
