Job summary

Vans is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and deliver the best customer experience at our store. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through engagement, merchandising, and operations, and take the helm in the Manager’s absence.

The role requires 2+ years in retail leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a proven track record of coaching teams, meeting sales goals, and managing store processes.

• Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership of diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate a team to deliver best‑in‑class customer experience.

• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard high‑caliber talent and provide ongoing training.
