Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Boca Raton location. You will lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience while upholding brand values.

You will develop teams, manage payroll, and ensure operational standards are met, with a focus on growth and client satisfaction in a luxury fashion environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Proficient in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
• Ability to be on your feet and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Develop action plans to achieve financial results and growth.
• Recruiting efforts and onboarding with Store Manager.
• Oversee payroll and day-to-day operations.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.
