Responsibilities

• Understand the overall Lilly Pulitzer concept, customer, merchandise and heritage.
• Assist Store Manager to achieve net sales plan.
• Maintain high sales levels and lead by example.
• Help develop store staff skills.
• Present and sell merchandise aligned with the brand.
• Greet customers and provide appropriate sales assistance.
• Know merchandise and receipts to stock and present new items promptly.
• Provide merchandising suggestions to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book.
• Use EREG POS system for routine transactions, inventory receipts and transfers, and opening/closing.
• Understand daily staff plans and implement in Store Manager's absence.
• Safeguard assets, participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily sales reports as requested.
• Operate store per company policies and procedures.
• Offer ideas for merchandising, staffing, displays, promotions to grow business.
