Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification is required.
• RSS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team executes service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Work with the store manager to ensure staff coverage during peak hours (lunch, late afternoons, evenings, weekends).
• Assist the store manager in setting team member goals, coaching, and ensuring training is current.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting tasks, interviewing, evaluating candidates, collaborating with management.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders are processed timely (buy online/ship to store, hub, DC add orders).
• Manage outside purchases and returns processing, refunds, and ensure merchandise invoicing is accurate before leaving the store.
• Ensure Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising are delegated and completed.
• Ensure staff adhere to posted schedule, approvals for changes, and clocking in/out.
