Job summary

TD Bank Framingham is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead day-to-day service, sales and operations at the store level. You will guide a team to deepen customer relationships through TD's model of convenience, sales and advice, delivering a personalized, connected experience.

The role requires coordinating with teams to provide proactive financial advice, manage day-to-day activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide legendary customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and operational management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
• Shows proficiency with expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver legendary customer service and achieve store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day team leadership and oversee advisory activities and compliance.
• Deliver end-to-end financial advice to customers and deepen relationships.
• Build market knowledge to support advice recommendations and customer empowerment.
• Coach the advisory team on advice strategy and product knowledge.
• Ensure daily/quarterly/annual objectives are met and proper role ownership established.
