Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Griffith, IN is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead the sales floor and service teams, driving excellent customer experiences. You will coordinate with the store manager to ensure proper staffing during peak hours and coach team members for goal attainment.

You will participate in hiring, training, and developing staff, manage returns and exchanges, and ensure accurate invoicing and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and two certifications are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and execution of service programs.
• Assist store manager with hiring, coaching, and scheduling; ensure proper training for team members.
