Current Opening: Full-Time Assistant Store Manager at our SOUTH TACOMA, WA store.

Hourly Rate: $19.71 per hour.

Position Summary:

Assistant Store Managers supervise retail staff, manage store operations daily to meet customer needs, and oversee safety and security protocols.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Perform opening and closing procedures.
2. Maintain store audits and loss prevention audits at acceptable levels.
3. Lead semi-annual inventory processes.
4. Monitor safe procedures, cash handling, and security systems.
5. Manage supply ordering, monitor expenses, and ensure payroll is within budget.
6. Delegate tasks, manage employee reimbursements, petty cash, and travel expenses.
7. Oversee building maintenance and safety systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Participate actively in hiring and onboarding new employees.
• Serve as security captain, working with Loss Prevention to protect assets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
