Responsibilities

At Super Supplements, you will:

  1. Support the Store Manager by executing store operations with excellence.
  2. Lead by example, building loyalty through personalized customer connections to create memorable shopping experiences and increase sales.
  3. Achieve and surpass daily sales and productivity goals, supporting team members to do the same.
  4. Assist in recruiting and developing top talent.
  5. Foster external community relationships to grow sales.
  6. Lead with integrity and accountability.
  7. Promote continuous education by supporting company training initiatives and participating in learning activities.
  8. Maintain store standards, including store maintenance, loss prevention, timely receipt processing, and product presentation.
  9. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Flexible schedule availability (holidays, weekends, various locations).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3-5 years of retail experience; management experience preferred.

Compensation

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $20.75 - $22.50, based on role requirements, experience, and organizational needs.
