Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets, developing and coaching the store team, and maintaining store operations and visual standards to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, developing, and motivating a professional store team to meet sales and service objectives
• Collaborate with training and store support departments to implement standards and drive team development
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives and ensure high levels of customer service and presentation
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed per visual guidelines and assist with operational tasks
• Align with HR on policies, procedures, and development planning and perform duties assigned by the Store Manager
