Job summary

The Legacy Realty LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach team members, develop staff, manage merchandising and visual presentation, and analyze reports to identify growth opportunities. This role requires leadership, collaboration, and a bachelor’s degree, with at least three years of retail experience and two years in a supervisory capacity.
