• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service and clienteling
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Coordinate with store support departments and Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
