McDonald's independent Owner-Operator restaurants are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead shifts, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and support the General Manager. This role oversees departments, training, food safety, and inventory while driving performance.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, a strong teamwork mindset, and remains adaptable to changing needs on a busy restaurant floor to deliver great guest experiences.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.
