Assistant Store Manager

McDonald's independent Owner‑Operator restaurants are staffed by great people, and right now we’re looking for more of them. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.
