Qualifications

• Prior McDonald’s Department Manager Experience Is Preferred.
• Dependable – always shows up on-time or early for shifts and supports their team.
• Able to adapt to frequent direction changes and maintain service.
• Experience leading others and coordinating teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service for every guest.
• Oversee training, food safety, and inventory management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance with the crew and other managers.
• Report results and progress to supervisors and help drive improvements.
• Support the General Manager and department needs as required.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.
