McDonald’s independent Owner-Operator restaurants are staffing by great people, and right now we’re looking for more of them. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager.

Ideal candidate is dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, and experienced in leading others. Prior McDonald’s Department Manager experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have prior leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to train, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. However our Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. These Managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned systems, like training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their crew and fellow managers.
