Job Description:

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. What You’ll Do:
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, merchandising, customer service, and operations, including shrink and damage control.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Implement action plans for projects, targets, and initiatives; provide input on succession planning.
  • Drive strategies to meet sales, customer service, and operational goals, including loss prevention and store layout improvements.
About You:
  • Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and safety procedures.

This position is bonus and overtime eligible, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour, approximately $54,956.54 - $75,518.51 annually, based on skills and experience.
