The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.
