Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
3. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses, and managing inventory and merchandising in accordance with company policies.

Job Details:

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
