A leading retail company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Memphis, TN. This role involves supporting daily operations, enhancing guest services, and maximizing sales. Ideal candidates should have prior retail or management experience and be able to handle physical demands.
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
