Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
• Developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Managing merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

Physical Demands:

Exceeding 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
