Job summary

CB2 is seeking an Assistant Store Leader, Visual, to guide the merchandising team in creating a compelling visual experience. You’ll lead floor plans, daily displays, and the flow of product from receiving to salesfloor, while mentoring team members and driving professional development.

You will partner with the Store Manager to meet brand goals, coach leaders, and communicate performance insights. This full-time role requires on-site leadership at the Coral Gables store.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising team to set the visual stage and communicate design vision.
• Plan seasonal floor sets and daily displays from receiving to salesfloor.
• Mentor, coach and develop associates; build bench talent for the store.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to meet brand goals and store performance.
• Analyze reports to prioritize initiatives and improve sales and service.
• Communicate with management on sales, feedback, and team performance.
• Oversee workload delegation and ensure execution across the store.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure elevated customer service.
