Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader to guide all store staff.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, and sustain employee retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs at store level.
• Promote loyalty program and operate cash handling accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
