7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Oklahoma. You will work with the Store Leader to provide exceptional customer service, coach staff, and drive daily operations to meet sales goals.

You will lead by example, train associates, and help implement merchandising, marketing, and loyalty initiatives while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for our customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants and leaders.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
