Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team. This role focuses on developing leadership among staff, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work closely with the Store Leader to implement merchandising programs, manage cash handling, and promote our loyalty initiatives while ensuring safety and stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store staff to deliver strong customer service and achieve store goals.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop future leaders to reduce turnover.
• Support merchandising and marketing program execution across the store.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
