Job summary

7-Eleven is hiring for a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in a full-time role. You will work closely with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive merchandising initiatives.

Qualifications

• Oversee and lead customer service teams alongside Store Leader.
• Focus on retaining qualified applicants, developing leaders, and maintaining productivity.

• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and enforce health/sanitation procedures.
