Qualifikationen

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Focus on hiring and developing leaders, promoting from within where possible.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain clean, safe store conditions in line with health procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of retail management experience acceptable.
