7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join a dynamic management team. You will lead store staff, coach performance, and drive excellent customer service while implementing merchandising programs and promoting loyalty initiatives.

A strong focus on training, safety, and daily store operations helps ensure a top customer experience across shifts. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of retail management or a high school diploma/GED with leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop and coach store staff to improve performance and retention.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling and fueling transactions.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and safety rules.
• Excellent written and oral communication and computer skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1+ year Retail Management experience.
