7-Eleven, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising staff, delivering excellent customer service, and driving daily operations with a strong emphasis on training and coaching.

You will oversee store condition, ensure policy compliance and health standards, manage food quality, and use store reports and P&L data to influence decisions. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; not required with 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Experience supervising a restaurant team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure policy compliance and health standards.
