Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through coaching and effective merchandising.

This role focuses on leadership development, staff retention, and executing promotional programs. A High School diploma or GED is preferred; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.

• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain health and sanitation procedures to ensure a presentable store and in-stock products.
• Communicate effectively and use basic computer tools to manage store operations.
