Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Tennessee. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales through merchandising and loyalty programs.

The role emphasizes training, team development, and maintaining store standards. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with preference for those with retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent Retail Management experience.
• Experience supervising and leading store teams.
• Ability to oversee customer service and coaching for store staff.
• Strong merchandising and marketing program implementation skills.

Responsibilities
