7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will lead store staff, train and coach employees, and drive merchandising and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, promoting from within, and ensuring loyalty program success while maintaining a clean, safe store and accurate cash/fuel handling. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management exp acceptable in lieu.
• Valid Driver's License from state of residence.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store staff.
• Help recruit and develop leaders to improve retention and performance.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote and drive participation in the loyalty program.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety compliance, and in-stock products.
