Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength in retaining staff by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team alongside Store Leader to drive performance and customer service.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are maintained and products are in-stock.
