7‑Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team and drive excellent customer service. You will help coach staff, implement merchandising and marketing programs, and promote the loyalty program while ensuring a clean and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• One year of Retail Management experience or higher.
• Strong customer service leadership experience.
• Ability to supervise and coach store staff.
• Valid driver’s license where required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
• Support training, coaching, and development of store employees.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and loyalty program promotion.
• Maintain clean, safe store and stock products.
