7‑Eleven is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join our leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, oversee staff, and drive store performance.

The role offers full-time hours, leadership training, and opportunities to advance within a company known for promoting from within. Applicants should have supervisory experience and a willingness to coach others, with a focus on operations, merchandising, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if candidate has Retail Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a clean, safe store environment while managing staff and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to reduce turnover.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure in-stock products.
• Communicate effectively and use basic computer tools.
