7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and drive sales through effective merchandising and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside Store Leader for all store employees.
• Coach and train store staff to deliver excellent service.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Support hiring and development of store leaders.
