Job summary

7‑Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise and coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and support merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

You will help recruit, train, and retain talent, manage cash handling and loyalty programs, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. 7‑Eleven offers competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees, and boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1 year retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance are required.
• Able to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
