Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and maintain high retention.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of Retail Management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering staff.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs alongside store leadership.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program participation.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and compliant with health and sanitation rules.
• Communicate clearly with team and management; use Word/Excel for tasks.
