Metro Market in Wisconsin seeks a Store Leader to oversee day-to-day store operations, payroll, and customer experience in collaboration with department heads. You will guide associates, implement merchandising and staffing plans, and drive regional targets while maintaining Kroger’s standards for safety and inclusion.

The role requires a track record of coaching teams, optimizing store performance, and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing associates to achieve customer service and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience and strengthen customer relations.
• Lead teams in planning and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans based on associate feedback and survey results.
• Identify store opportunities and implement timely solutions with department heads and staff.
• Model inclusive leadership and ensure adherence to safety and policy standards.
• Oversee total store operations in the store manager’s absence and monitor budget performance.
• Drive sales and manage labor costs to meet or exceed targets.
