Qualifications

• Open availability: weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, access to vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, trash, and pump area maintenance.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Food safety certification held or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Act as store manager in their absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including pumps and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership that motivates the team to excel.
