Job summary

7-Eleven seeks an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to oversee daily customer service, train and coach staff, implement merchandising and marketing programs, and ensure a clean, safe, in-stock store environment.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, boosting retention, and promoting our loyalty program. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader for all staff.
• Strong focus on hiring, training and developing leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and promoting loyalty program participation.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment per health/sanitation rules.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
