Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to lead store operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll work closely with the Store Leader to drive sales, ensure promotions are executed, and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, merchandising execution, cash handling, and upholding health and safety standards while promoting the loyalty program to customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required if candidate has retail management experience.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and store operations.
• Experience in merchandising, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Help maintain high employee retention by developing leaders and promoting productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe environment conforming to health and sanitation standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; proficient with basic computer tools.
