7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our management team in a full-time role. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales through merchandising and programs.

A strong focus on leadership development and retention will be essential. The role requires the ability to manage daily operations, cash handling, and loyalty promotions while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty-promo activities.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and in-stock products.
• Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with basic computer skills (Word/Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders, retain staff, and drive employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
