You will partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, elevating service on omni-channel and fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include leading the team, coaching, scheduling and payroll, driving clienteling and brand standards across selling channels, and recruiting/developing talent while analyzing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; retail systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors; lead a high-energy, client-focused environment.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling; utilize client books and loyalty programs.
• Recruit, onboard and develop diverse talent; coach to results.
• Set goals, review KPIs, and manage scheduling and payroll budgets.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, security.
• Lead as Store Leader in their absence; drive brand standards and visual directives.
