Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.

You will set the tone on the sales floor, elevate service through omni-channel and virtual selling, and foster an inclusive environment where associates can thrive as their authentic selves.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends and act on insights.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Model service behaviors and lead a client-focused environment.
• Recruit, onboard and develop diverse talent; coach and manage performance.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts; drive omni-channel and in-store performance.
• Champion Kate Spade aesthetics and ensure a visually impeccable store.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, scheduling, payroll and loss prevention.
