Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with energy, ownership, and purpose, supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, coach the team, and ensure the store runs smoothly day in and day out.

The ASM will be a hands-on leader who connects with customers and teammates, embodying an "Always on, Never no" mindset to set the tone on the floor and deliver a standout customer experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy and solutions to every customer interaction.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and share product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and helping close the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs to protect customers and product.
• Provide leadership as Manager on Duty and support hiring and training.
