LOFT Eden Prairie is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure a welcoming, brand-aligned environment for today’s shoppers in Eden Prairie, MN.

You will drive operational excellence, recruit and develop talent, and partner with the Store Manager to deliver strong results in a regular/full-time role with opportunities for monthly bonuses and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience required.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and technology.
• Strong business sense with ability to execute action plans.
