LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store in Centennial, CO. You will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates, serving as a leader on the sales floor and modeling the brand's behaviors.

You will cultivate a hospitality mindset, coach teammates, drive omnichannel shopping, assist with recruitment and development, and use tools and reporting to drive results and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient with the ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
