Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager in Farmington, CT, to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and model our brand's behaviors to engage with customers.

You will coach and develop team members, create an inclusive environment, and leverage technology to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences while assisting with recruiting and talent development.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
