Foot Locker in Texarkana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to energize the sales floor, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily operations with a hands-on leadership approach.

The role requires 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, confidence, and solutions.
• Coach the team to deliver great service and product knowledge.
• Support sales goals by staying engaged on the floor and closing the loop with customers.
• Help manage daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and floor coverage.
• Maintain store standards and use retail tech to enhance customer experience.
