Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store staff through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store operations, scheduling, and inventory accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding store personnel.
